Anurag Jain is a visionary leader dedicated to transforming the lives of elderly individuals through impactful social entrepreneurship. With over a decade of corporate leadership experience with organizations like HDFC Standard Life, ICICI Prudential, and Max Life Insurance, he brings a unique blend of strategic expertise and heartfelt passion to his mission.
As the founder of I-Serve Khushion Ke Pal, Anurag is focused on building a world where aging is celebrated. By creating vibrant communities and fostering meaningful connections, he empowers seniors to overcome loneliness, break stereotypes, and rediscover joy and purpose in their golden years.

Let me just try to put into words the Golden Glows of my life, a journey that begins with the warm embrace of my dear mother, Lt. Shakuntala Devi, calling me Pinto with so much love. As the youngest in the family, I held a special place in our home. Life moved at its own pace, taking me through school, college, and the journey of earning a living with my siblings. But, the ability to enjoy and share life's moments came from the unwavering care of our beloved mother. In the midst of all the laughter and shared moments, the occasional glimpses of loneliness touched her heart. One notable aspect is the remarkable ability of these grandpals to hide their emotions, ensuring their children won't worry.
Therefore, this sense of solitude within my mother's life broke my heart, making me think about the inevitable stages of life that will shape my journey someday. In that moment, her resilience and love became my inspiration, pushing me to start a mission that aims to fill the lives of these golden-hearted people with the warmth of love and care they truly deserve.
My talented team and I created the platform called “I-Serve Khushion ke Pal.” In this heartfelt mission of spreading joy and love to these seniors with our program Amazing Seniors, after the success of this initiative, we have introduced Karaoke Studios, a platform for all ages and for kids we have come up with Performing Kids. Our team is working tirelessly to provide senior citizens with what they truly deserve, improving their quality of life and making them feel valued. Helping everyone to become stress-free and also supporting schools and academics for nurturing the talent of kids apart from academics.
